Long Run- Back Off Week

Morning Run
12.2 Miles

Water
Chia...Mixed with a water bottle.  Made a gel substance.  First time I have tried it this way.  Very good results.

That day we were having lunch at your house, I remember you talking about putting those seeds in your mouth and chewing on them while you run.
