amazing amount of work on the one arm swings. crazy strong. I assume these 100 rep sets are non stop switching every how often? I'm seriously impressed.

On the higher rep nonstop sets, the rep switches vary depending on how I feel/grip. I usually try to get 50s the first round then it may drop to 30s and 25s, etc...whatever it takes. I loose focus and panic when the grip fades, so I try to take it just short of that point.
